Singapore is co-funding listed companies to sharpen the story they tell investors, and Positive Change Group’s Black Sun Global has been appointed to help.
Raising the bar on investor communication
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Singapore Exchange (SGX) launched the Value Unlock Programme in January 2026. It helps eligible listed companies strengthen investor engagement, raise their market visibility and grow their market valuation. Through its Elevate Grant, MAS co-funds companies to work with approved investor relations, strategic communications and advisory consultancies. Black Sun Global has now been appointed as an official partner.
Sharpening the investment case
Black Sun will help companies sharpen their investment case and improve how they communicate strategy, performance and long-term value creation across their owned corporate channels. Its support covers investor narrative and strategy articulation, financial reporting and disclosure, multi-channel digital communications, investor-focused campaigns, and GEO and AI authority.
Grounded in research
The appointment builds on Black Sun’s July 2026 research with the Securities Investors Association Singapore (SIAS) into how SGX-listed companies report and communicate. The research highlighted the importance of clear, consistent and forward-looking disclosure in helping companies communicate their strategic priorities and value drivers across reports, presentations and digital channels.
“To achieve higher valuations that reflect their current fundamentals and future growth opportunities, companies need to refocus on clear and credible communications that explain where they are going, how they will get there, and the value they are creating,” said Neale Few, APAC CEO of Black Sun Global. “We are delighted to support the Value Unlock Programme and join an ecosystem of partners that will help SGX-listed companies strengthen the information, narrative and channels that underpin investor confidence.”
